I hope you are all doing well in this lockdown period, and I hope you are coping with all the changes, whether you've had a complete upheaval of your day to day routine, and are now working from home or have been furloughed, or if you are still going into work and are having to deal with increased demand.

As I spend more all of my time at home I am trying my best to incorporate some self-care into the day, such as reading, sitting in the sun, wearing eye-cream, or taking some time out alone away from family members and my phone. I've also been reaching out for my Neal's Yard Remedies, which are mini roll-able blends of gorgeous smelling essential oils that you roll on pulse points and breathe in. I have two; Relaxation and Energy.

The Relaxation oil is made up from essential oils such as lavender, frankincense, bergamot and geranium. It's great to roll on pulse points before bed, if you're feeling stressed or just want to breathe in the scent for that zen feeling. I usually don't like the scent of lavender on it's own but because of the blend of different oils it really smells unique, and like most lavender products it's really effective if you're struggling to sleep.

The Energy oil has a zingier scent and I enjoy using it when that afternoon slump feeling hits at work, and at times when I'm struggling to concentrate on a task. Due to the compact size they're easy to carry around and the little blue glass bottles look lovely on your bedside table or desk.

I bought them back in 2016 and they are still going strong - I've used the relaxation one a lot more and I will most likely repurchase it sometime later this year but with almost 4 years of use I'd say it's money well spent.
