From Pinterest, as usual

Hello everyone,

As you can probably tell from the title this is a celebratory post, because there are more than 100 of you lovely people following this blog. Woohoo!! I hit one hundred followers a while back if you count the followers on GFC and Bloglovin combined, but now that I have 100 followers on Bloglovin it seems a little more official! I would like to say a big thank you to all my readers and followers, and for all the lovely comments you leave on my posts. I love reading them and really appreciate them :) Also, doesn't this cake look like it might be the best tasting cake on the planet?

On a side note, I am thinking of starting a new series for my blog in which I will do history related posts. As some of you may know I am studying History at university so I really want to incorporate two of my passions; history and beauty/fashion and write up some fun and informative posts. Don't worry, I am not planning on boring you guys by uploading my essays on here, but I think topics such as fashion through the decades or the history of lipstick are very interesting and I am super excited to find out about these and share them with you (this is my inner geek speaking)! I actually did a post on the swinging sixties quite a while back, where I talked about the fashion and music in Britain in the 1960's, and you can read that here!

That is all for now so till my next post, bye :)

Ahhh I loved history when I was a little younger but the A-level coursework just killed my passion and enthusiasm for it :( however I am much anticipating these upcoming posts because that sounds soooo interesting!
